Local pickup is available in Edgartown, Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs every day from 11am to 4pm local time. Contact us to confirm your collection location and that your order is ready before travelling.
Select your pickup town at checkout and bring your order confirmation when collecting.
Returns & exchanges
Unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay shipping costs for returns and exchanges, including shipping the replacement item. In-person returns and exchanges on Martha’s Vineyard are free.
Contact us with your order number before returning or exchanging an item. For an incorrect or damaged item, contact us so we can assess and resolve the issue. Your rights under applicable law are not affected.
